Our policy regarding payment is that the first invoice needs to be paid before delivery and then invoices need to be paid the 20th month following unless another arrangement has been made.
If you order from us Wholesale you are unable to sell the products on Amazon or any big market places. We like to keep things neutral for all our wholesale customers

RuffDawg Toys
The RuffDawg Toys have a Lifetime Guarantee. At Pet Products we honour this. The guarantee is for replacement only not a refund. If you have a customer that has a pet that damages a toy you will need to email Pet Product Distribution a clear image of the toy and a detailed description with a date. Once we have received this we will issue you a credit to your account.
We do not give refunds and we only replace the same product (like for like) we cannot replace with a different type of toy.
The seller
We advise that when you sell the Ruff Dawg toys to your customers make sure if possible, that the customer purchases a toy that is suitable for their dog's weight. Only replace like for like and do not give a cash refund.
